Dr. Culley's has 18 years of experience as an engineer, technical writer, and assistant project manager supporting interdisciplinary teams with participants of all levels of experience and education.  Her expertise is in listening to the issues, gathering and analyzing relevant data and regulatory requirements, and presenting efficient solutions through well-written documentation and polished presentations.  She is a registered professional engineer in Colorado, has a current USACE Contractor Quality Management certification, and past experience in environmental consulting and excavation field work. Since Rhyolite Engineering, Inc. was formed, Dawn has had exclusive control of the company, has managed all administrative functions, and has performed the vast majority of revenue-producing work.

Dawn assists with clients' estimating and business development efforts through technical proposal writing, SOQ (Statement of Qualifications) preparation, and subcontractor outreach on projects nationwide. In addition, she also proudly supports project teams with project administration, permitting and related environmental work plans preparation, technical writing for submittals and document tracking, and technical support.
