Company History

Rhyolite Engineering, Inc. was formed in 2013 as a technical services consulting firm out of a client's need for on-call technical proposal writing services. The company has grown in response to an industry-wide need for assistance with similar technical support services throughout their projects.

Rhyolite's current clients are large business, heavy civil, prime contractors - each with substantial annual revenue obtained through the federal public contracting market. Construction contracts often require significant technical analysis, technical writing, and professional quality document preparation. Rhyolite works collaboratively with its clients' business development, estimating, project engineering, project management, and executive staff, as needed, to prepare all necessary documents and presentations during all phases of each project from procurement through close-out.

Our clients obtain contracts through a variety of primarily public owners which include, but are not limited to, the following:
